I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, especially after a long day on the Camino. The rooms were luxurious with all the usual facilities, although a bit noisy. They were very clean and comfortable, making for a great rest. The service was excellent, with understanding and helpful staff. The location was exactly what I needed, being super close to the church of the crucifix, a must-see spot. The dining experience, although quite ordinary, offered a decent buffet style with a good selection of items. Overall, a great value for money option.

So enjoyed the bath after a long day on the Camino with all the usual facilities. The room was luxurious but a bit noisy. It was very clean and comfortable.
Service
7.0
The staff was also very understanding and helpful. They were excellent, although seemed overworked and running around like crazy.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect after a long day's walk on the Camino. It was on the main road before the main city center and super close to the church of the crucifix.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was somewhat difficult, especially for someone who required gluten-free options. The buffet style offered a variety of items, but the ordering process was not clear.

The hotel's facilities were adequate, offering a good base for a comfortable stay.

6.4/10

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with helpful air conditioning, although they have not been updated in a while. The service is welcoming and accommodating, though a customer care course could be beneficial. The location is very convenient for the Camino, but lacks other attractions. The dining options are good value but could be improved in quality. Overall, the hotel provides a decent stay at a reasonable price.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had slightly larger than normal twin beds that were extremely comfortable, with helpful air conditioning.
Service
8.0
The service was welcoming and helpful, with staff going out of their way to make arrangements for special occasions.
Location
6.0
The hotel is perfectly situated for the Camino, making it a great choice for pilgrims.
Dining

The dining experience is quantity-based rather than quality-based, offering decent value for money.

Staying at the hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms were quite spacious but located on the mansard floor, which made it a bit inconvenient due to the roof slope. Despite that, they provided a fun and quiet stay. However, having only a shower without the option to change to a bath due to hotel occupancy was a drawback.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and offered a fun and quiet stay, but the mansard floor's roof slope was a bit inconvenient. Limited to only a shower due to full hotel occupancy.
Service
5.0
The service struggled with handling a large contingent of 'Walkers' during our arrival. The staff appeared unfriendly, rude, and somewhat annoyed, even causing a minor incident during dining service.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location, though 2.5 km away from the city center, was nicely finished and easy to find. It offered a relaxing environment behind the hotel, perfect after a day on the Camino de Santiago. The free shuttle service for pick up upon arrival was a good touch.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience, while basic, didn't meet expectations set by the evening meal. Breakfast was limited and somewhat overpriced for the offerings available.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel facilities were basic but functional, offering the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
